How do I get support from Marnie?
Marnie and the team are here to answer your questions personally. These questions are answered via the Submit a Question part of the portal here. You can submit a question at any time. Marnie will be sure to answer it in video or via email so that you can keep moving forward.

Where do I change my password?
If you forget your password, there’s a link under the button on the login page “Forgot Password”. Click on that link and you’ll be emailed a link to reset your password. If you have any problems, just email members@salonprofessionalsacademy.com we’ll be able to help you out.
How do I update my credit card?
Just click here to enter a new credit card via our secure payment portal.
Once done, please email members@salonprofessionalsacademy.com to let us know and we’ll be able to update your membership subscription to the new credit card you’ve provided.
What happens if I choose to cancel my membership?
If you decide to cancel your membership, you’ll lose access to the members portal for the Client Attraction System 2.0.
You’ll also lose access to all your Client Attraction System 2.0 benefits including the Monthly Marketing Support and Advice, access to the Worldwide Salon Marketing Team, the Facebook Members-only Group, and all templates and social media images.
If you wish to discuss cancelling your membership, please email members@salonprofessionalsacademy.com and we will schedule a complimentary call with one of our Business Strategists to assist you in this.

How do I know when the calls are on?
All upcoming live calls are announced in the WSM Members Support Group on Facebook and via email.
What if I can’t make the live call?
Don’t worry, if you can’t make the call live, all calls are recorded and the replays uploaded into the portal so you can watch them here at any time.
If you have a question but can’t make it live, just submit your question in the portal in the question form here and Marnie and the team will be sure to answer it in video or via email so that you can keep moving forward.

The WSM Members Support Facebook Group is an exclusive private group for those participating in the Client Attraction System. This is the perfect place to discuss your progress, and to celebrate the wins!

What are the House Rules for the Facebook Group?
No pitching, promoting or selling – please refrain from offering lead capture or paid offers in this Facebook group or sharing your own Facebook Pages or groups.
Keep it positive and helpful – we all know the entrepreneurial journey is tough but is a battle worth fighting. We work by the principle of “if everyone did it, would it be ok?” It’s really important this group is positive and isn’t a place to vent, rage, share emotional issues or complain – I promise you, a good girlfriend face-to-face and a glass of red is a wonderful way to share and download after a big week.
Hook each other up! Found a cool tool? Did something that worked a treat? Fill us in! Need recommendations? Ask and let us hook you up too! We love sharing our secrets and successful projects in this group so be generous and enjoy!
