This is the place you come to submit a question you’d like to have answered by one of our specialist team.

All questions need to follow the guidelines below to make sure you get the answer you need:

• Submit no more than 2 questions per week.
• Be specific with your question. (Add attachment if it will help).
• Only include one question per submission. Multiple questions won’t get answered.
• Make sure you’ve completed the training in relation to the question subject.

We will endeavour to answer your questions as quickly as possible, but won’t take any longer than 7 days.

If it’s a busy holiday season or if there are public holidays questions may take a little longer to respond.
