Like most salons, Amber’s Port Pirie (SA) salon had a long list of ”missing in action’ clients she hadn’t seen for months. 

So, following the system she learned as a Member, Amber rolled out her edited version of the famous ‘Rupert the Dog’ letters. 

She mailed to a list of 90 ‘lost’ clients – Letter #1, followed a week later by Letter #2, then the final postcard a week after that.
